Resiliency and empowerment are one of the most important strategies for promotion, development of human societies and effective technology and pioneering that both create strategic advantages for companies and provide opportunities for employees. Resiliency and empowerment enable managers to exploit the knowledge, skills, experience, and motivation of all individuals in the organization and also allow them to have tools are needed to play their roles in the society or have a high decision-making power under it. These two categories provide ways to achieve more human involvement in building an efficient organization and productivity enhancement techniques by raising employee's commitment to organization and vice versa, which requires a extensive change in the way and type of manager's look. We personally hope that this book can inspire readers to help themselves and others and synergy to improve the living conditions of everyday life and ultimately will provide the goals.
