Healthcare industry is ever increasing the use of new information and communication technology. The use of wireless information communication technology offers a successful adoption in healthcare for developing countries with relatively poor communication infrastructure. In Uganda some healthcare centres have deliberately deployed wireless information communication technologies like PDAs, Mobile phones, and teleradiology to improve healthcare. About 50 percent of new capital investments in organisations are on IT, yet they have to be accepted and used by employees to improve productivity. This is a concern to IT managers.
